Nemophilist

My heart flutters,

With the embrace of the summer’s day,

Floating along the air,

Like gliding leaves,

My heart flutters, like the rain of green.

But, then the winter solstice appears,

And my antennas seek warmer lands,

Spreading wings and soaring for finer parts,

Seeking absolution,

From the nets that try to drag me yonder.

Then my eyes smile,

As my body nestles among the green,

Fluttering like the butterfly,

I have found home in the

Sea of my ease.
